Telidioma disappeared? It takes seconds to bring it back.
The new update makes Telidioma work on Netflix and on any website, so it asks for one extra permission. Until you accept it, Chrome keeps the extension paused, and it does that without telling you. Nothing happened to your account or your subscription: both are still active.
Do not uninstall it and do not click “Remove from Chrome”. Your saved words and your progress live in your own browser, not on our server. Re-enabling keeps everything. Removing erases it.

Option 1: from your extensions list
This one always works, even when the extension is gone from the toolbar.
chrome://extensionsChrome does not let any website open that address through a link, so you have to paste it in the address bar yourself. Once it opens: find Telidioma in the list and click Enable (or Review permissions, whichever shows up) and accept.

Option 2: from our Chrome Web Store page
If you would rather click a link, open our store page and use the button there. Just remember the warning above: the button you want is the one that enables it, never the one that removes it.
Back up?
Open a video on YouTube or Netflix and the interactive subtitle shows up like before, with your saved words where you left them. If it does not, reach out: I answer personally through the support form or at contato@telidioma.com.
